How It Works

  • Tenants are asked to create a simple profile to fill out their delivery preferences.

    A specific DoorMan is assigned to your community, meaning that people will see a consistent, friendly face.

    Our team arrives at your community to organize and set up your on-site mail or storage room to prepare for day 1 of your DoorMan service.

  • Our doormen accept package deliveries direct from all of the delivery drivers (UPS, FedEx, USPS etc) via your on-site mail room.

  • Your assigned DoorMan arrives twice a day and uses an organized sorting system to keep every package safe and accounted for.

  • Your assigned DoorMan arrives on-site twice a day, and immediately notifies each tenant of their package's arrival.

  • Deliveries are scheduled twice a day and delivered based on your tenant's preferences, for optimal convenience for your residents.

The Organizer $10/door

- Your package room organized with proper shelving and sorting system.

- Residents are notified of package arrival.

The Doorman $15/door

- All packages hand delivered or door delivered based on resident’s preference.

- Delivery twice a day, exclusively in the San Marcos to Kyle area to ensure we’re never late!

- Outbound packages dropped off at shipping center so your residents don’t have to.
